Attested in conformity with international quality control standards ISO 9001:2000, the TEXELL massage chair design carries a European Certificate of Quality. The Company's products pass through a multistage test procedure including:

The Company provides a two-year 1+1 warranty for all TEXELL chairs. The first year includes maintenance and component replacement free of charge, and the second year free maintenance and component replacement as per price list of the Company.

If a chair is intended for commercial use, the warranty provides six months of maintenance and component replacement free of charge + six months of free maintenance.
